DUSTER
MAX
Lost creator J.J. Abrams returns to TV along with that series star, Josh Holloway, to create an action-heavy story set in the “Wild West” of the 1970s, as the driver for a crime syndicate gets swept up into a far-reaching federal sting investigation. LaToya Morgan (Shameless) is the showrunner and Abrams’ partner in crime on this wild ride, that oh yes, has a Dodge Duster as a central character. Rachel Hilson and Keith David co-star.

ADULTS
FX/Hulu
The five twentysomethings that star in this modern variation of Friends are probably actors you’ve never heard of. But neither were those six friends who lived in New York City 30 years ago, until that show burst on the scene. That’s why Malik Elassal, Lucy Freyer, Jack Innanen, Amita Rao and Owen Thiele have high hopes for their new comedy, also set in the Big Apple, but this time with all five living in the same house. Can they hit like Friends did? Tune in and decide for yourself.

THE FOUR SEASONS
Netflix
Tina Fey took Alan Alda’s 1981 comedy feature film and revamped it into a series for 2025, telling the tale of three couples whose friendships have stood a long test of time, until one couple gets divorced. As all hell breaks loose over the year it happens (through the “four seasons” of the 12 months), the friends and lovers find ways to cope with the upheaval. Fey also stars, along with Steve Carell, Coleman Domingo, Will Forte, Kerri Kenney and Marco Calvani in this wry comedic take on life.

SIRENS
Netflix
Take some beautiful people to a wealthy woman’s beach house and watch the sparks fly. That’s the basic premise of this dark comedy that stars Julianne Moore, Meghann Fahy, Milly Alcock and Kevin Bacon. With Moore and Bacon letting sparks fly and the younger set absolutely enthralled with their money and power, this series rolls out as a heady mix of life among the uber-wealthy. Created by Molly Smith Metzler of Maid fame, this one’s based on her play Elemeno Pea.
