THREE CORNERS

Choice Condos To Call Your Own

By Patricia Canole

Corner residences are idealized in the New York condo market for the benefits of having dual views, one less neighbor to share an interior wall with, and oftentimes more space. They are usually the first to sell in a new construction project, but every so often a rare corner listing comes available that buyers can pounce on.

We scoured the market to find five move-in ready corner residences that are currently on the market in New York. Here, some desirable addresses to pique your interest and enjoy life in your own corner of the world.
