The Eugene is Brookfield’s newest luxury high-rise residential tower in the vibrant Hudson Yards District at Manhattan West. Located at 435 West 31st Street, the 62-story tower with interiors designed by RW Studio features 844 rental units ranging from studios to three-bedrooms. The property features more than 50,000 square feet of amenity space, offering residents a new standard in experiential living with a series of curated conveniences and exclusive social opportunities. SLCE Architects served as the architect of the building and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill designed its façade.

REFINED MODERN LIVING
The units are quite nice with contemporary finishes. The kitchens offer a GE appliance package with Blomberg appliances. Custom made pulls adorn the custom kitchen cabinetry along with full height Heritage tile backsplashes and honed granite countertops. A Bosch washer/dryer package comes standard. The bathrooms have floor-to-ceiling custom ceramic tiling, a beautiful two-tone color palette, and huge medicine cabinets. The studios have great open layouts as well with a great bathroom closet. All units come standard with solidly built out closets. With floor to ceiling windows, there is plenty of light and views abound. RW Studio did an excellent job in designing the interiors. And there’s more.

There is a slew of amenities in The Eugene which are named: The Hudson Club is their rooftop terrace. With panoramic views, outdoor grilling stations, sunroom with bar, piano lounge, poker room, and private dining room with catering kitchen, it’s hard to beat. They also have The Crash Pad, a lounge and karaoke bar with a stage and musical instruments like guitars, keyboards, and drums. They schedule events here regularly including a comedy night. Next, we have The Library, a quiet reading room with plenty of books but also WiFi and lots of plugs to stay charged. The Library also has its own lounge, aptly called The Library Lounge with two TVs. There is an Arcade Corner with many pinball machines and arcade games. Don’t confuse the Arcade Corner with The Game Room, which has the ping pong and billiards table and plenty of TVs. If sports are more your thing, don’t fret. The Eugene has a two-story rock climbing wall and a private La Palestra health club of almost 22,000 square feet. There are only seven buildings in NYC with a regulation-sized basketball court, and The Eugene is one of those seven buildings. There is also a Golf Simulator room (with its own lounge), a children’s playroom that faces Magnolia Park, a pet grooming station, and many more amenities.

The Eugene is defining the new Hudson Yards; it sets a new bar for amenities in a rental building. Centrally located in the city with plenty of amenities.
